*Terms & Conditions: The KONE MonoSpace® Upgrade is designed for eligible KONE MonoSpace lifts serving buildings of up to seven stops. The timeframe of one week refers to seven consecutive calendar days commencing from the first day KONE personnel begin works on site. The one-week delivery timeframe is based on a defined scope comprising upgrades to the controller, drive system, electrification system, signalisation, and digital enablement/connectivity platform. Achievement of the installation timeframe is subject to equipment suitability, site readiness, unrestricted access to the lift and work areas, and the provision of adequate on-site storage space for materials and equipment throughout the installation period. Any additional works, unforeseen site conditions, access restrictions, or scope changes may affect the installation duration and will be assessed separately by KONE.
